We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in consumer hardware products, motivated to take ownership of a complex product from R&D to market. The successful candidate will report directly to the founders.
You are structured, curious, proactive, solution-driven, and comfortable working at the intersection of engineering, biology, usability, regulatory and business. You enjoy turning ambiguity into clear decisions and driving progress in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment.
You will report jointly to Margot (CTO, co-founder) and Guillaume (CEO, co-founder), and own the full product lifecycle of En Carta’s diagnostic devices (hardware, consumables, and sampling systems) from current development phase through launch, and into next-generation products.
